German for Starters is a lively introduction to German language and culture, aimed at adults studying either in classes or independently. Much of the written and aural material in the German for Starters Study Book is taken from authentic German sources and the teaching of communication skills is underpinned by a clear and systematic presentation of grammar. The course is completely self-contained, consisting of 12 topic-based sections and three revision sections. A teacher's book and pack of four cassettes are also available.
