An Orange Wild Rooster Feature

An Orange Wild Rooster is the first in a series of four Bo Rohas adventure novels, filled with non-stop action. In his first adventure, Bo Rohas was a homicide detective in a small town in southeastern Texas. From that point he turned electrical construction worker back to homicide detective once again in an attempt to track down and catch, maim or kill the murderers of a woman he thought the world of and one of his best friends and mentor. This trek takes Bo Rohas from the southern states to Las Vegas , Nevada to the Bahamas in his quest for answers. His life takes a drastic turn due to his entanglement with a lady by the name of Jodie Fisk. Jodie, who holds double masters degrees, is sister to Jim Fisk, owner of the Rainbow Bar and ex-partner of Bo Rohas.

The story has a southern flavor, with such characters as Frenchie Trahan, a wealthy Cajun shrimper who can barely speak English, to Peaches Goff, a beautiful 40 year old southern belle, engaged in the business of raising Basset hounds for a living, while catching the eye of one of the other major characters. Mixing in three corrupt union officials and one corrupt banker would probably be enough. However, when you factor in a huge drug smuggling family who control the largest drug, prostitution and money laundering ring, it really gets exciting. Add in southern humor and you have an adventurous, funny, sensual, fast paced, exciting novel you will not want to put down.

This exciting adventure also sets the atmosphere that leads up to the new and completely different position offered to Bo Rohas as he embarks on his second adventure, "Justice Old Testament Style."
